How to use Cruz Credits™?

To redeem Cruz Credit™ coupons received for writing a review, once you have written your review for one of our selected products, you will receive an email from Santa Cruz Animal Health with a Cruz Credits™ Coupon Code to claim your 15 Cruz Credits™ (valued at $15 USD). What is a Cruz Credit™?
One Cruz Credit™ is a credit that is equal in value to either one US dollar or one Euro. Cruz Credits™ may be applied toward the cost of products, taxes, or shipping and handling charges.
Can Cruz Credits™ be refunded or redeemed for cash?
Cruz Credits™ cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. They may, however, be applied toward the cost of Santa Cruz Biotechnology products, taxes, or shipping and handling charges.
How do I use Cruz Credits™?
You may apply Cruz Credits™ to any new order of UltraCruz® products by providing your coupon code. If the order total is more than the number of Cruz Credits™, you must also provide other payment information. Orders may be placed online at www.scahealth.com; or by phone, fax or e-mail. Please note that Cruz Credits™ cannot be refunded.
Can I use Cruz Credits™ to pay an outstanding balance on my account?
Cruz Credits™ can only be applied to new orders of UltraCruz® products and may not be applied towards outstanding balances or past due invoices.
