Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability; if requested, order acceptance/final pricing will be provided by fax from our headquarters in Dallas, TX. Prices do not include shipping, state or import taxes. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours upon acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days with 1.5% interest charged on past due accounts. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for payments made in both U.S. Dollars and Canadian Dollars. Only American Express is accepted for payments made in U.S. Dollars.
Customer Services
Our Animal Health department is staffed by qualified animal science specialists who are closely involved with all stages of product development. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any questions that you might have and welcome any suggestions as to how we can better meet your needs. Please do not hesitate to call us at any time.
Orders
Orders may be placed via the telephone, fax, mail, e-mail or web site. All orders must clearly indicate the customer telephone number, complete billing address, complete shipping address, catalog numbers, product names, quantity ordered and price. Confirmation of telephone orders by fax, mail, or email should be clearly marked "CONFIRMATION—DO NOT DUPLICATE". In general, confirmation of telephone orders are not necessary. All sales are final.
Product Warranty
Santa Cruz Animal Health is committed to providing the highest level of quality and service. Any product that does not meet the performance standards indicated in our product literature will be replaced at no charge.
Shipments
Products are generally shipped within 24 hours of acceptance. Shipping charges are quoted at the time the order is accepted. Most products are shipped at ambient temperature. Some products require wet or dry ice. Additional charges will be invoiced for special packaging or delivery requested by the customer. Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped F.C.A. origin, freight prepaid and added to the invoice. Ask your Customer Service Representative for details.
Sales Tax Exemptions
United States Sales Tax:
Santa Cruz Animal Health is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to all states except: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
Sales tax is not charged on the purchase of Gift Cards. However, products purchased with Gift Cards will be taxed unless shipped to the states mentioned above.
The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged based on the price of the purchased products and, on shipping and handling charges.
Sales Tax-Exempt Customers:
Santa Cruz Animal Health will honor tax-exempt purchases with valid proof of tax-exempt status.
To submit your completed tax exemption certificate email the following to [email protected]:

- Address (including city, state, and zip)
- Account Number or Sales Order Number
- Fully completed exemption form or valid certificate
You will be notified once your exemption certificate has been processed.
If you place your order prior to receiving your approval email, tax will be charged. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately to request the taxes be removed prior to shipping. Email your request to [email protected]: or call 1-800-457-3801 option 3 to speak with an Animal Health representative. Please include your order confirmation number or have it ready when calling.
For your convenience, please see the links below to below to your state revenue department where the appropriate form and/or requirement(s) can be obtained. All questions regarding the completion of a form must be addressed to your states revenue department and will not be answered by Santa Cruz Animal Health.
Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not collected by Santa Cruz Animal Health. When placing your international order with Santa Cruz Animal Health, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, and taxes, are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
