We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, simply return the unopened item along with the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for replacement, exchange or refund.

Vaccines/Rx/Wholesale/Dangerous Goods: Vaccines, Prescription, Wholesale products and Dangerous Good items are not eligible for returns. We do not guarantee the shelf life of vaccines to be longer than 30 days. If you need a longer dated vaccine, please contact our Customer Service team to find out the shelf life currently in stock for the vaccine(s) in question.

Damages and Shortages:

Please check your order immediately upon receipt, and report any damages or shortages to Santa Cruz Animal Health within 72 hours of receiving your order.
