Prozap® Insectrin X Concentrate is a multi-species insecticide for protection and control against mosquitoes, flies (biting and nuisance), ticks, lice, and mites on horses, cattle, sheep, goats, swine and poultry. It may also be used as a premise spray to control additional insects such as spiders, earwigs, cockroaches and fleas. One quart makes up to 200 gallons of spray. Product diluted with water must be used within 24 hours.
Ingredients: Prozap® Insectrin X Concentrate contains Permethrin- 10.0% and Petroleum Distillate.
Indications: Prozap® Insectrin X Concentrate is for long lasting control and quick knockdown of flies, mosquitoes, lice, mites, and ticks. For use on swine, beef, dairy cattle, horses, sheep and goats.
Dosage and Administration: One quart makes up to 200 galllons of spray. Mix 1 quart to 20 gallons oil for back rubber use. For severe infestations, dilute 1.28 oz per gallon of water (1 part concentrate to 99 parts water) (0.1%). For normal infestations, dilute 0.64 oz per gallon of water (1 part concentrate to 199 parts water) (0.05%). Spray thoroughly to cover the entire animal. For lice or Mites, a second treatment is recommended in 14-21 days. Spray lactating dairy cows only after milking is completed. Spot Treatment - Dilute 2 oz per gallon of water (.16%). Low Pressure Spray - Apply 1/2 oz per ear or 1-4 oz on face or 12-16 oz along the backline. Backrubber - Dilute 8 oz in 5 gal oil (0.125%). Keep backrubber charged. Results can be improved by forced use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or open flame. Avoid extremes in temperature. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
Caution: Product diluted with water must be used within 24 hours.
