UltraCruz® Equine Wheat Germ Oil Supplement Blend for Horses is a supplement for horses that serves as an excellent source of Omega-6 and Omega-3 Fatty Acids to help promote a healthy and shiny coat. It contains Wheat Germ Oil and Soybean Oil to provide a more economical option for supplementing additional energy to your horse. Wheat Germ Oil is a great source of extra calories and Vitamin E, and Soybean Oil supports a healthy hair coat.
UltraCruz® Equine Wheat Germ Oil Supplement Blend for Horses is ideal for horses that are lacking essential fatty acids in their diet, particularly Omega-6 Fatty Acids, as well as horses requiring additional calories. This high calorie supplement is provided as a palatable liquid; simply top-dress over feed to help your horse look their best!
Wheat Germ Oil is an excellent source of energy and Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fatty Acids. Wheat Germ Oil also contains high levels of Vitamin E for horses of all classes. In addition, Wheat Germ Oil contains the long-chain fatty alcohol Octacosanol - a 28 carbon primary fatty alcohol that is commonly found in the waxes of plants, including most forages and cereal grasses.
Soybean Oil is extracted from whole soybeans and contains beneficial unsaturated fats with Omega-3 essential fatty acids and also contains Vitamin E.
Essential fatty acids are valued for their health benefits, but there must be a balance between the Omega-3s and the Omega-6s. Horses that do not have access to grass, which is higher in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, may be consuming too many Omega-6 Fatty Acids from their fortified grain.

Directions for Use:
- For horses: Give 1/4 cup twice daily (Serving based on average horse weight of 1,000 lbs).
- For advanced needs: Give 1/3 cup twice daily (Serving based on average horse weight of 1,000 lbs).
- For smaller horses: Give 1/2 tablespoon per 100 lbs of body weight twice daily.
