Chlamydia Abortus Bacterin

Chlamydia Abortus Bacterin is for use in vaccinating healthy ewes to aid in the control of ovine enzootic abortion. 60 day withdrawal. Supplied as a 10 dose or a 50 dose bottle. Needles and syringes sold separately.

Ingredients: Chlamydia Abortus Bacterin is an aqueous suspension of inactivated cultures of Chlamydia abortus emulsified with a mineral oil adjuvant. Contains thimerosal as a preservative and permitted levels of penicillin and streptomycin.

Indications: Chlamydia Abortus Bacterin is for use in vaccinating healthy ewes to aid in the control of ovine enzootic abortion. 60 day withdrawal. Supplied as a 10 dose or a 50 dose bottle. Needles and syringes sold separately.

Dosage and Administration: Administer the first dose of Chlamydia Abortus Bacterin at least 60 days before ewes are exposed to rams. The second dose should be administered 30 days later. Revaccinate annually. Each of the two (2) doses should be 2 ml administered Subcutaneous.

Store in dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Do not freeze.
Use entire contents within 60 minutes after rehydration. Use entire contents when first opened.
