Dectomax® Pour-On is a topical dewormer for treatment and control of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, grubs, horn flies, lice, and mange mites on cattle. Dectomax® Pour-On controls 33 stages of internal and external parasites with a one application. Waterproof formula provides parasite control that won't wash off. Safe for use in beef cattle of any age and class including pregnant cows, calves, and bulls. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal. Not for use in female dairy cattle 20 months of age or older. For topical use only.

Ingredients: Dectomax® Pour-On contains Doramectin - Antiparasitic. 0.5% pour-on solution for cattle (5 mg/ml).

Indications: Dectomax® Pour-On is for the treatment and control of the following species of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, eyeworms, grubs, biting and sucking lice, horn flies, and mange mites in cattle.
It is safe for use on any age and class of beef cattle, including pregnant beef cows. For use only in dairy calves 18 months or younger.

Dosage and Administration: Administer Dectomax Pour-On solution to cattle topically at a dosage of 500 mcg doramectin per kg (227 mcg/lb) of body weight. Each ml contains 5 mg of doramectin, sufficient to treat 22 lb (10 kg) of body weight. 1 L treats 40-550 lb cattle, 2.5 L treats 100- 550 lbs cattle, 5 L treats 200- 550 lb cattle.

It should be applied topically along the mid-line of the back in a narrow strip between the withers and tailhead.

For the best results, Dectomax Pour-On solution should be a part of a parasite control program for both internal and external parasites based on the epidemiology of these parasites.
