Dormosedan Gel^® (detomidine HCl)

Dormosedan Gel® (detomidine HCl) is for use in horses as a mild sedative, administered under the tongue. It is an easy-to-use option for needle-shy horses and for any horse owner who is uncomfortable giving an injection. It's administered from a single-dose syringe underneath the tongue, so dosing is simplified and there's no hassle with needles. Not only is it a safe alternative to physical restraint, it's more effective and more predictable than other methods.

Supplied as 7.6mg/ml pack of 10, 3 ml syringes or 1 single 3 ml syringe.
A veterinarian's prescription is required for purchase.
