Pyramid^® 5

Pyramid® 5 is for the vaccination of healthy cattle as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by bovine rhinotracheitis, bovine virus diarrhea (Types I and II), bovine parainfluenza-3, and bovine respiratory syncytial virus. This product aids in the prevention of persistent BVD Type I and Type II infection of the fetal calf when it is used subcutaneously in the cow or heifer 30 to 60 days pre-breeding.
Do not vaccinate unvaccinated pregnant cows or calves nursing unvaccinated pregnant cows. This vaccine may be used in pregnant cows or calves nursing pregnant cows provided the cows were vaccinated pre-breeding, according to label instructions, with Pyramid 5, Pyramid 10, or Pyramid 2 + Type II BVD (see inside carton for details). Please consult a veterinarian before vaccinating any pregnant cow or calf nursing a pregnant cow.
Requires reconstitution prior to administration. 21 day withdrawal. Supplied as a 10 dose or a 50 dose bottle. Needles and syringes sold separately.

Ingredients: Pyramid® 5 contains Bovine Rhinotracheitis-Virus Diarrhea-Parainfluenza-3-Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine (Modified Live Virus). Thimerosal, neomycin and polymyxin B added as preservatives.

Dosage and Administration: Aseptically rehydrate with the accompanying diluent. Administer one 2 ml dose Pyramid® 5 Subcutaneous or Intramuscular. Annual revaccination is recommended. Protect animals from exposure for at least 14 days after vaccination. Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated at 6 months of age.

Store in dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Do not freeze.

Caution: Pyramid® 5 has a 21 day withdrawal.
