Shapley's Original M-T-G™ is a equine grooming product and skin and fungus treatment. When used as a leave-in conditioner and detangler for horses, it promotes maximum mane and tail hair growth by creating a healthy environment for the hair follicle. Shapley's Original M-T-G™ is oil-based and promotes soft, pliable hair for minimum breakage.
This product also provides effective relief from a variety of bacterial and fungal skin conditions such as rain rot, girth itch, scratches (mud fever), greasy heel, dandruff and tail rubbing. Shapley's Original M-T-G™ does not need to be washed out between applications and is great for use in cold weather. If your horse spends a lot of time in direct sunlight, apply this product in early evening since the oils may make your horse sensitive to the sun.
