SWAT® Fly Repellent Ointment is an insect repellent ointment for use on horses, ponies and foals at least 12 weeks of age. It repels house flies, stable flies, face flies and horn flies and helps protect wounds and abrasions from these potentially disease-ridden insects.

This insecticidal salve is ideal for everyday use on sensitive ears and facial areas as well as around wounds, scratches and sores. It contains 0.2% natural pyrethrins and kills flies on contact. Do not apply to open wounds or sores. SWAT® Fly Repellent Ointment may also be used on dogs.

Supplied as a 7 oz jar of either clear or pink ointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this stuff!Love this stuff! Definitely a must have for your barn. I use it to keep flies off of summer sores and out of my horse's eyes. I just rub some around her eyes or the wound and it lasts a good while (through the better part of the day) then I just reapply daily until the wound or flies are no longer an issue. Usually just during the hot summer months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for multi animals !I love having this on hand in the barn for the horses and donkeys. The abilities to ward off flies and all insects from wounds. Swat keeps the skin soft while it heals up. Especially works well lightly put area eye areas when they won't keep a fly mask on. Lasting effects and is non irritating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great, lasts a whileI use this to mainly help with ticks and to keep flies off my horse's eyes. It stays on for at least a day or two, is impossible to get off your hands (prob why it stays on them lol), and doesn't irritate his skin (tho he's not sensitive).
