Tetanus Toxoid is for the vaccination of healthy horses, sheep and swine as an aid in the prevention of tetanus. Tetanus Toxoid helps enhance an animal's immune response and promotes the proper rate of vaccine absorption following inoculation. Do not vaccinate animals within 21 days before slaughter.

Supplied as a single dose syringe (with needle) or a 10 dose bottle.
Needles and syringes sold separately.

Ingredients: Tetanus Toxoid contains Formalin, thimerosal, neomycin and polymyxin B added as preservatives.

Indications: Tetanus Toxoid is for vaccination of healthy horses, sheep and swine as an aid in the prevention of tetanus.

Dosage and Administration: Horses: Administer one 1 ml dose Tetanus Toxoid Intramuscular. Administer a second 1 ml dose 4 to 8 weeks after the first dose. Revaccinate annually using one 1 ml dose. Sheep, swine and smaller horses (such as Shetland ponies or miniature breeds): administer a 0.5 ml dose according to the above schedule for horses.

Storage: Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F).

Caution: Tetanus Toxoid has a 21 day withdrawal.
