Ultra Boss^®

Ultra Boss® is a pour-on insecticide for use on lactating and non-lactating dairy cattle, beef cattle, calves, sheep, lactating and non-lactating goats, and horses. Controls horn flies, face flies, horse flies, stable flies, black flies, mosquitoes, lice and ticks. Use on sheep to control lice and keds. No pre-slaughter withdrawal and no milk discard. Contains permethrin and piperonyl butoxide. One quart will treat 57 head of 550 lb cattle. Pour on gun sold separately.

Ingredients: Ultra Boss® contains the active ingredients permethrin and piperonyl butoxide.

Indications: Ultra Boss® is a fast acting insecticide which covers a wide range of insects including lice, horn flies, face flies, horse flies, stable flies, mosquitoes, black flies and ticks.

Dosage and Administration: Ultra Boss® is to be used in cattle and horses at the dose of 3 ml per 100 lb body weight of animal up to a maximum of 30 ml for any one animal. Pour along back and down face. For back rubbers use: Mix 100 ml per gallon of #2 diesel oil or mineral oil. Keep rubbing device charged, results are improved by forced daily use. For Goats and Sheep apply 1.5 ml per 50 lb of body weight up to a maximum of 18 ml for any one animal. Pour along back and down face.
For cattle, horses, sheep and goats, repeat treatment as needed but not more than once every two weeks. For horses, do not saddle horse for 6 hours after application and refrain from washing down area of application. For optimum lice control, two treatments at 14-day intervals are recommended. Ultra Boss is not effective against cattle grubs.

Caution: Hazard to humans and domestic animals: Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. If on skin or clothing: take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. If swallowed: call poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or doctor. Do not give any liquids to the person. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If in eyes: hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a physician or poison control center for treatment advice. This product is extremely toxic to fish and other aquatic invertebrates. Do not add directly to water. Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. Apply this product only as specified on label.

Storage: Keep container sealed when not in use. Do not store near food or feed. Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
