UltraCruz® Equine Chondroitin Sulfate Supplement for Horses is a pelleted formula designed to support healthy joints and cartilage in horses. Although cartilage is a very resilient tissue and can tolerate considerable stress and heavy loads, it has no blood vessels or nerves and therefore has a limited healing ability when injured.

Can I give this to my dog? 33lb.mini Australian Shepherd. My vet wants me to get him the injections, but I would rather not.

How much chondroitin does a scoop of the pellets provide?  How much does a scoop of the powder provide?

Hello! Both the pellets and the powder contain 3,500 mg of Chondroitin Sulfate per recommended daily dosage (2 scoops)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect joint supplement!I compared pretty much all the big name joint supplements on the market and was disappointed to realize NONE of them contain ideal amounts and ratios of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. I was ecstatic when I happened upon the UltraCruz joint products because not only do they dose at the level recommended to keep my horses’ joints healthy, the price is literally unbeatable. My horses eat this right up in their grain without question. The chondroitin (and all the joint products) come with a handy little scoop and I feel so much better knowing my horses are getting what they need to function their best, and at a price that is so good I am still shocked.

Giving him the UltraCruz Equine Chondroitin Sulfate Supplement made the difference we were looking for. I would highly recommend this product!

I like making my own mixture so finding it pure is a blessing. Having to only use a small scoop a day, it lasts a long time. And we have been joint free now for years - thanks to this regimen.

I use this in conjunction with MSM and Glucosamine which I do buy separately do to needed to withdraw the MSM before race weekends per our rules.
