How difficult is it to transfer detangler from 5 gallon container to spray bottle?

I have Arab/Paso mix with very long thick mane n tail. Some how he believes he’s part Jamaica w dreads to match. I have used everything. It takes hours to unravel  n within days they r back. Will this stuff work?

Yes, my horses also have very thick manes and tails, and one is also very wavy (almost frizzy). This spray detangler will not only work the moment you use it, but it'll keep working for a couple of days! I highly recommend it!

Does this spray have silicone?  Is it made from natural ingredients?

Hello! The UltraCruz Equine Detangler does include a silicone (Dimethicone) and is made with the following ingredients: Dimethicone, DL-Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Silk, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha-Tocopherol Acetate), Fragrance.

Is this product safe for long hair cats?

Thanks for your question! We cannot recommend using this detangler on anything but equines. Also, due to feline sensitivity to essential oils, we only recommend using grooming products formulated specifically for cats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We have been using the detangler gel forWe have been using the detangler gel for about 3 mos now. This is by far the best leave in detangler we've used here at the ranch. We have several horses with thick manes and tails and long manes and tails. Our horses are kept outside so they often get twigs, leaves and grass ground into their tails. One pass with the mane comb or brush and the tangles and debris fall out. Even tornado twirls come out easily. We use the product after we ride and when we are ready to turn the horses out so the next time we are ready to ride the tangles come out easily. The product also keeps the mane and tail soft and supple. A little goes along way, so it is very economical to use.

But the real good news is how well it works. The proof is that, a week after buying my first bottle, I'm back to buy a one-gallon refill for myself and a bottle for a friend with a Friesian horse (so, you know, HAIR...!)---she tried mine and loved it as much as I do. One thing I really appreciate is that, while it has silicone in it, this spray does not leave the mane or tail with that overly slick silicone feel; the result is more soft and manageable. Bonus: a light application lasts a couple of days. I highly recommend this stuff!

It's the perfect amount of slip to get out the snarls but yet doesn't leave the area so slippery as other detanglers. Is perfect for those last-minute wind knot removals before a show!

I've used many other mane and tail products on her, but none come close to the performance of the UltraCruz Equine Detangler Spray! Not only is it not greasy and smells wonderful, but it keeps her mane and tail freer of tangles longer than any other product I have ever used! I love this product and will be purchasing the gallon refill sizes from now on!
