UltraCruz® Equine Shampoo for Horses is a specially formulated shampoo for horses that contains a unique blend of naturally based cleaning agents enriched with proteins, vitamins, moisturizers and emollients to thoroughly clean hair without stripping natural oils. This high quality shampoo is lightly scented with Sage, Chamomile and Peppermint, and produces a rich lather to gently but thoroughly remove dirt and debris from the coat, mane and tail for a soft, shiny appearance.

Equine Shampoo for Horses - CD Diamond being washed

UltraCruz® Equine Shampoo for Horses is pH balanced specifically for horses to provide optimum body, shine and manageability without causing irritation or dryness of the skin. This shampoo is therefore safe to use on horses of all ages. Hydrolyzed Collagen proteins work together with moisturizing agents, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E to restore the natural protein-moisture balance to strengthen the hair, leading to longer growth and healthy shine.

For silky and shiny hair coats, wash with UltraCruz® Equine Shampoo for Horses, thoroughly rinse, then liberally apply UltraCruz® Equine Conditioner for Horses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Horse Shampoo...EVER!Santa Cruz send me a sample package of the Santa Cruz Equine Shampoo after I competed at the NRCHA World show in 2017. I have been using it ever since. With minimal effort, the shampoo pulls the dirt to the surface of the coat for easy rinsing and leaves my horses feeling soft and looking shiny. When we using it on our grey horse, his coat glows and the shampoo lifts out manure and grass stains leaving him clean and show ready. Thank you Santa Cruz for making such a great product. I tell everyone I know to use Ultra Cruz Foaming Shampoo.

It is super easy to wash my horses more often now that I have the Foamer tool. my horses don’t have any fungus or scratches either. Winning!!! The products smell great and your horses coats will feel great too. I use their purple whitening shampoo, daily Ultra Cruz shampoo, all new horses get the medicated shampoo when they come in the barn and I also use the liniment. I have never been happier with a full lineup of products to care for my horses hair coat needs. Ultra Cruz is simply the best!!

I have been using the UltraCruz Equine Shampoo, UltraCruz Equine Conditioner and UltraCruz Equine Detangler from Santa Cuz Animal Health and these products work amazingly well. They are really great products!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hair Coats!We started using this product after samples were provided at our National and World Appaloosa horse shows. We can bathe the horses same day (and often its required with horses that have big white areas that always seem to get dirty) without losing all of the natural oils we work so hard to keep in our hair coats. We also use this product at least weekly on our show horses even if we are not at a show because it is a great addition to our hair coat maintenance program.

My friends said my horse never looked so clean...he is gray! I thought it would be expensive but was pleasantly surprised at the price when I ordered before leaving the show.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product!I have been using the UltraCruz Shampoo on our horses and really like how our horses look. They look wonderful. The shampoo doesn't dry out the hair on their body, manes, or tails. After using the shampoo they have a really nice shine on them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Line of productsRecently replaced all of my expensive, misc shampoos and conditioners with the ultra cruz line and I'm super happy. I've only washed tails so far due to cold weather but my yearling Quarter Horse has a black tail that is an absolute fro and it was so sleek and shiny after washing with the ultra cruz products. Can't wait to give full baths in the spring. Will definitely get pictures then!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Concentrated to save moneySo I've used shampoo twice on coat and especially the tail. The first time, I was frustrated with lack of lather and kept adding more... Big mistake, it took forever to rinse out because I had used waaaay to much! Pleasant smell, and awesome results, my dun horse looked like I dipped her in sparkles! So many compliments!
