My dog weights about 75 lbs how much salmon oil do you put on there food?

Hello, We recommend administering 1/2 teaspoon for every 10lbs once a day. For a 75 lb dog it is recommended you administer about 3.75-4 teaspoons a day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from palatable and easy to feedMy two dogs (beagle and terrier) sometimes need convincing to eat their dry food. Wet food is messy and wasteful with the aluminum and plastic containers so I prefer not to use it as a topper. This is the perfect thing to get them to clean up their crunchies! They love the taste, it's beyond easy to use with the pump, and it's no mess, no fuss, no waste. I was worried it would be stinky and leak out of the pump but so far no issues. I have only been feeding it for about a week so it's probably too early to notice any health benefits but I'm looking forward to shiny coats, healthy skin, and an overall increase in health with the high omega content.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The secret for a shiny coat!I've been using this on my dogs, along with a wellness supplement sold by UltraCruz for the past three months and have been really pleased with the results. The Salmon oil comes in a convenient pump top bottle and all of my dogs love the taste of this! The smell of it isn't too strong to me; smells like most salmon oil products I have used in the past. What I like about this oil is the price of it for the amount of product and amount of ingredients you are getting. Since putting my dogs on it their coats seem even silkier and shinier, I couldn't be happier. All of dogs have done well on this (no G.I upsets or tummy issues) and it has really helped with my allergy prone boy to stop some of his scratching from spring pollen's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pure salmon oilWe bought the salmon oil for my German Shepherd kodiak. During cold winter months he is constantly scratching from dry skin . I though I have to give him some relief. We have been using the product for about a month now . While he hasn’t completely stopped scratching but he is doing better. His coat looks shinier as well . Also he is a big boy so having the big bottle with pump helps of the oil.

They love their "oil treat" & we love the changes we see in their coats & their increased activity. Great product. Would definitely recommend this Pure Salmon Oil.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product!I have been giving my 9 year old Rottie the Ultra Cruz Pure Salmon Oil for about 8 months now. Sammie loves this Salmon Oil. She is doing well on it! I have noticed her hair and skin are much healthier. Sammie was a dog that shedded year round. Her shedding is much more tolerable. Even though Sammie is a senior she is feeling and acting a lot younger! We love the Ultra Cruz products for dogs!

I had asked for a trim and was horrified and sick to my stomach when I saw him. I bought this and his fur came back better than ever. It took about 3-4 months, but this product worked exceptionally well. Thank you so much for giving my collie back his beautiful double coat. We now use it whenever we need a fur “boost”. We recently had an ear mishap that required shaving the fur on both ears, now it’s perfect again. THANK YOU!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost identical to expensive brand from the vet !I have not started using the Canine Pure Salmon Oil with my two dogs yet. I have to finish up a bottle of similar Omega-3 oil that I got from my vet first. The interesting thing is that the ingredients in the UltraCruz Salmon oil and the expensive (!!) Omega- 3 oil from the vet are almost identical. The vet brand adds some essential oil extracts for some reason. Knowing that the quality of Santa Cruz products is high, I have faith that this oil will do as good a job as my current one for a far more reasonable price. I will edit my review after we've used it for a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend for your dogs skin & coat!I have an older male Chihuahua that suffers from multiple seasonal allergies and has rough, course fur. I started him on the UltraCruz Canine Pure Salmon Oil and within a couple weeks of being on it his fur turned so soft and shiny and you can visibly see his skin is healthier. My mother's Golden Retriever had skin irritation so I suggested this product to her, and she has put her dog on it with the same fabulous results. I very highly recommend the UltraCruz Canine Pure Salmon Oil, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Santa Cruz for another wonderful product!
