WormEze Liquid for Dogs & Cats is an anthelmintic dewormer for the removal of large roundworms (ascarids). It provides inexpensive control of roundworms, one of the most common worm infestations in dogs and cats of any age. This palatable dewormer is easy to use, and may be added directly to pets water or food. Safe for puppies and kittens over 6 weeks of age.

Seems like a lot of medication to give a dog 5ml for every 5 pounds .my dog is 80 to 100 lbs.

I gave my nursing mom dog this wormer and she is still nursing 2 week old puppys, I didn't realize this product is not recommended for nursing moms, till after i already gave it to her,will the puppys still be ok??

How many cc of Durvet WormEze liquid do you give a 80# dog?

Hello, The dosage for this product is as follows from the manufacturer: Dosage and Administration: WormEze Liquid for Dogs & Cats. Administer one teaspoonful (5 ml) per 5 lbs of body weight. Apply into pet's mouth or mix into food or water. Administer to cats and dogs 6 weeks of age or older. Repeat treatment in 10 days after 1st treatment. Thank you, SCAH Team

If you give cat initial dose + follow up dose (10 day post initial) - when can you repeat the process? Ie: should it be done monthly?

Hello, The product is to be administered as follows: mix 1 teaspoonful of product for every 5 pounds of body weight, either mix with food or directly into animals mouth. THis should then be repeated 10 days later. Do not worm animals more than twice yearly except as advised by your veterinarian. This product is effective for those roundworm stages found in the intestine and does not remove migrating larval stages. Animals should be checked periodically by veterinarian for the presence of other intestinal parasites. Thank you, SCAHealth

Hello, For specific instructions regarding your animal, please consult your veterinarian as needs can vary between animals. Do not worm animals more than twice yearly except as advised by your veterinarian. . Animals should be checked periodically by veterinarian for the presence of other intestinal parasites.
