LincoMed 300^® (lincomycin hydrochloride) Injection for Swine

LincoMed^® 300 Injection is a prescription veterinary antibiotic used in swine. It contains lincomycin hydrochloride at a concentration of 300 mg/ml. The product is labeled for use in pigs weighing 300 pounds or more.

It is indicated for the treatment of infectious arthritis caused by lincomycin-susceptible organisms and for mycoplasma pneumonia in swine. LincoMed^® 300 is administered by intramuscular injection using aseptic technique.

The product is for veterinary use only and must be used under the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Indications: LincoMed^® 300 is indicated for the treatment of infectious forms of arthritis caused by organisms sensitive to its activity. This includes most of the organisms responsible for the various infectious arthritis in swine, such as staphylococci, streptococci, Erysipelothrix and Mycoplasma spp. It is also indicated for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.

Posologie et administration: Consult a veterinarian before administering.

Residue Warning: Swine intended for human consumption should not be slaughtered within 48 hours of latest treatment.

Human Warnings: Not for human use. Keep out of reach of children.

Stockage: Store between 20° C - 25° C (68° F - 77° F). Do not freeze.
