Look for the 15 Cruz Credits™ banner as shown below on UltraCruz^® product web pages:
Click on the banner for the product review window to pop up, then fill out the review. There is an option to upload photos if you like.
Select "Yes" when asked "Would you like to receive a coupon redeemable for 15 Cruz Credits™?"
Once you have completed and posted your review, you will receive an email within one (1) week from Santa Cruz Animal Health with a Cruz Credit™ Coupon Code to claim your 15 Cruz Credits™ (valued at $15 USD).

How to Redeem Your Cruz Credits™

Once you receive your Cruz Credit™ Coupon Code via email, you are ready to redeem the credits on your next order via website, phone, fax, or email. Simply enter the Code in the Coupon Code box of the Shopping Cart page before Checkout. Your 15 Cruz Credits™ will be applied towards the purchase of any UltraCruz^® products and reflected in the total before payment.

Look for the COUPON CODE box on the Shopping Cart page to enter your Cruz Credit™ Coupon Code and click Apply before checking out.

Multiple Coupon Codes: If you are applying more than one coupon on a single order, you will need to enter the first code in the coupon code field and subsequent codes in the Special Instructions field at the end of checkout. LIMIT 75 Cruz Credits™ (5 coupon codes) per order.

COUPON TERMS:

Coupon codes are one-time use and may not be duplicated.

One(1) Cruz Credit™ is a credit that is equal in value to either one US dollar or one Euro. Cruz Credits™ may be applied toward the cost of UltraCruz^® products, taxes, or shipping and handling charges.

Can Cruz Credits™ be refunded or redeemed for cash?

No, Cruz Credits™ cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

How do I use Cruz Credits™?

Use Cruz Credits™ towards purchases on any new order of UltraCruz^® products by submitting the Cruz Credit™ Coupon Code provided by email once your review has been approved. Apply the code in the Coupon Code box on the Shopping Cart page. If the order total exceeds the number (value) of Cruz Credits™, you will need to provide additional payment for the difference.

If I don't use all the Cruz Credits™ on a 15 Cruz Credit™ Coupon for an order, can I save them for a future order?

Once you use a coupon code for 15 Cruz Credits™, you may no longer use that coupon code. If you do not use all 15 Cruz Credits™, the remainder will be forfeited. If you have multiple 15 Cruz Credit™ coupons, all coupons do not need to be used on the same purchase and can be used on future orders, but once a coupon code is used, it is used in it’s entirety.

Can I use multiple Cruz Credit™ Coupons on the same order?

Yes. If using multiple Cruz Credit™ Coupon Codes on a single order, you will need to enter the first code in the coupon code field and subsequent codes in the special instructions field at the end of Checkout. There is a LIMIT of 75 Cruz Credits™ (5 coupon codes) per order.

Can I use Cruz Credits™ to pay an outstanding balance on my account?

No. Cruz Credits™ can only be applied to new orders of UltraCruz^® products and may not be applied towards outstanding balances or past due invoices.
