Where does my Rx order ship from?
Prescriptions are shipped from our pharmacies in Paso Robles, CA and Weatherford, TX.
How will my Rx order ship?
Room Temperature: Products able to travel at room temperature will ship via FedEx Ground. A flat rate of $8.95 is charged for orders totaling less than $75.
Free shipping for room temperature orders over $75.
Overnight shipping available upon request for a $25 shipping fee on orders up to 5 lbs. Heavier orders require a customer quote. Overnight shipping is not eligible for free shipping.
Blue Ice: Vaccines or products needing to stay refrigerated below a required temperature will be packed in BLUE ICE and shipped via FedEx Overnight. A flat rate of $37.50 is charged for blue ice orders totaling less than $295.

How late do prescriptions ship out?
Prescription orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. PST in order to be shipped out the same day. Prescription orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST will be posted on the next business day. Shipping of prescriptions is available Monday-Friday for ground shipments and Monday-Thursday for Blue Ice shipments (no weekend deliveries). For more info, see Shipping Information.
Can refills be ordered online?
Yes, prescriptions are refillable (if indicated) for one year from the date on which they were written. After that time, your Vet will need to authorize a new prescription.
Can I pick up my prescription in person?
Yes, if you are in Paso Robles, CA or Weatherford, TX where our pharmacies are located, you may pick up your prescription during operating hours. Hours may adjust for holidays and calling beforehand is recommended.
Can I speak to a Pharmacist directly?
Yes. You can speak with a Pharmacist directly by phone during normal business hours (toll-free):

OR, if you are in Paso Robles, CA or Weatherford, TX where our pharmacies are located, you may visit and ask to speak with a Pharmacist in person during normal operating hours. Calling beforehand to set an appointment is recommended.
Can I order my prescription over the phone or email instead of online?
Yes, you may order your prescription by phone, fax, email, or mail as an alternative to ordering online. We would still require the name and contact information of your Vet in order to confirm your prescription, and receive payment in full before filling and shipping the prescription.
Can my Vet order my prescription for me?
Yes, your Vet may order prescriptions on your behalf through our website, over the phone, fax or email just as you would. We would still make any necessary Vet contact for prescription confirmation and would need to receive payment in full in order to fulfill and ship out your prescription.
