CrystalCruz® Chromatography Column is made with borosilicate glass barrels and molded with polypropylene end caps. Commonly used in affinity chromatography applications, Chromatography Column features polyethylene bed supports and Luer-lock inlet and outlet fittings for better connections. Polypropylene packing reservoir funnels are for use in initial column packing or as small buffer reservoirs where as glass packing reservoirs are ideal for packing gel slurries into columns or acting as a buffer reservoir in gravity flow column chromatography.
