Shipping Information

Ground

Ships via FedEx Ground to Contiguous US, Alaska, Canada, Monday through Friday. This method is used for less temperature sensitive items such as lab ware and animal health products, bulky and/or heavy items.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical address will be required for orders to be shipped.

Charges: Labware over $20 ships FedEx Ground free of charge to the Contiguous US
Lactated Ringers and Dangerous Goods are not eligible for free shipping, and their totals do not count towards the free shipping of other products.
Gloves are not eligible for free shipping unless the order totals at least $75 worth of product.
Animal Health Ground products and labware under $20 ship FedEx Ground with a flat rate of $8.95 to the Contiguous US

DANGEROUS GOODS: Dangerous Good items do not qualify for free shipping and the value does not count towards free shipping of other products. Dangerous Good products have a $42 handling fee + $8.95 shipping fee per box shipped. A signature is required upon delivery.

DISCOUNTS: Add at least $75 worth of Animal Health items to your cart to qualify for free Ground shipping on those items. Only non-Dangerous Good Animal Health items that are marked as shipping Ground will apply towards the $75 minimum for free Ground shipping. The discount will automatically be applied to your order total upon checkout.

Express Ambient

Ships via FedEx Express Standard Overnight at ambient temperature, Monday through Friday. Orders received late Friday until Sunday will ship the following Monday. Special requests for overnight shipping on items that typically do not ship overnight may be arranged for an additional fee. Ask a customer service representative for an overnight shipping quote on your specific order.

Express Blue Ice

Ships Monday through Thursday via FedEx Express Standard Overnight with blue ice packs to ensure proper temperature of product. Orders received late Thursday until Sunday will ship the following Monday. This method is used by animal health vaccines and some animal health prescriptions.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical address will be required for orders to be shipped.

Charges: US: $37.50 Canada: $59.50 Puerto Rico: $98.50 * Priority Overnight and Saturday Delivery may be available for some products, additional fees apply. Please ask a customer service representative for further details.

Discounts: Add at least $295 worth of Animal Health Items to your cart to qualify for free Express Blue Ice shipping on those items.
